Our Company has been active in industrial real estate investments and ownership with over 1.5M SQFT of properties in Southern California and Texas.

We have a vast portfolio of multi-family ground-up and value-add properties across the United States and looking to expand opportunistically.   

We specialize in urban infill residential projects across California including small lot projects, attached townhouses and condos, as well as single family detached communities.  

 Our group entitles complex master planned communities including entitlements and planning for this 45 acre property outside of Los Angeles. The project included four types of attached and detached market rate housing, a multi-family complex, a 5 acre passive park, and a 60 unit affordable housing complex.
