About Us

Aleks Baharlo is responsible for managing KFGs existing industrial, commercial, and residential portfolio and for investing in new opportunities across all three asset classes within the United States. He is a real estate development executive and portfolio manager with over 25 years of experience at both public and private companies. He has successfully acquired, attained full entitlements, managed and disposed of commercial, industrial and residential properties including several master planned communities, multi-family developments, mixed-use urban infill projects, and single-family tracts totaling more than 3000 units.

Mr. Baharlo is a graduate from the University of Colorado-Boulder in Mechanical Engineering, holds a Masters in Architecture from UC Berkeley, and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Aleks's memberships include the Urban Land Institute and the Building Industry Association (of which he was President during the year 2010 and 2013). He is a licensed Architect, a licensed General Contractor, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.
